Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking a Buyer for an international company based in Prague. Suitable for university graduates.

As a Buyer, your role will involve optimizing purchasing processes and ensuring quality and efficiency of deliveries. Your task will be to maintain and improve existing purchasing processes and collaborate with our partners. You will work closely with the planning team, customer service, and quality.

• Any experience in a similar position is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are not a priority but still welcome.

• Fluency in English is necessary due to daily communication with international teams.

• Ability to work with Power BI and advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Analytical thinking, ability to prioritize work, and maintain an established system.

• Good organizational skills and ability to understand numbers.

• Experience in manufacturing or services is a great advantage.
