Folgende Abenteuer warten bei Schleich auf dich:
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien und Standards im Rahmen der Konzernbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Bankkontenabstimmungen zur Sicherstellung korrekter Buchungen und Transaktionen
  • Prüfung, Klassifizierung und Erfassung von Lieferantendaten und Rechnungen sowie Sicherstellung der zeitnahen und korrekten Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Erfassung und Zuordnung von Spesenabrechnungen und Kostenstellen sowie Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
  • Regelmäßige Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenstammdaten und Finanzinformationen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten bezüglich Rechnungen, Zahlungsstatus und Anfragen sowie Klärung und Bearbeitung von Rückfragen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Einführung agiler Arbeitsmethoden
Die Kapitel deiner bisherigen Story:
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, mit Kenntnissen der International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Dateneingabe und ausgeprägte numerische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise auch in Open Text
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und MS Teams
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Deutsch und weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
