Consumer Insight Consultant

McDonald’s Czech Republic is looking for experienced candidate for a Consumer Insight Consultant role. You will be a co-partner with the brand team and other departments. You would help to identify business and brand-building opportunities within various consumer areas according to long-term strategy and tactical initiatives.

• Conducts researches of Consumer & Staff behaviour with the help of agency partners (local & global) and transform gathered data & information into insights, formulate learnings and recommendations;
• Design, execute, analyse, and present qualitative and quantitative market research projects;
• Build & proactively share consumer understanding with the brand team and other departments;
• According to company long-term strategy you would help in co-creating business and marketing objectives.

• University Degree (Sociology, Psychology, Marketing or Economics);
• 3+ years experiences in consumer market research, from the side of client or agency
• Background and strong knowledge of market research is a must;
• Strong analytic skills - able to synthesise, identify a coherent narrative and communicate clear findings from multiple sources;
• Strong communication skills;
• Advanced written and spoken English;
• Ability to collaborate and build alliances with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
