Do Digital Ads Operations týmu, který je součástí performance marketingu, hledáme nového člena na pozici Team Leader. Hledáme někoho, kdo má zkušenosti nejen s PPC, ale i širší rozhled v různých oblastech marketingu a chtěl by využít své zkušenosti v naší rychle rostoucí a dynamické společnosti.

Budeš mít zodpovědnost za:

  • Vedení a řízení přiděleného týmu, za jeho výkon a dlouhodobý rozvoj;
  • Plnění plánů tržeb za země svěřeného týmu a také jednu svou zemi;
  • Implementaci dlouhodobé digitální strategie;
  • Komunikaci a systémové nastavení změn s partnery (Google Ads, Seznam Sklik, Microsoft Bing, RTB House) u všech používaných nástrojů a zajištění funkčnosti daných změn napříč zeměmi;
  • Správa svěřeného budgetu, včetně návrhu rozpočtů, reportingu a vyhodnocení efektivity vynaložených zdrojů, fakturací apod.;
