Senior IT Business Analyst in Healthcare ERP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in IT, with a comprehensive understanding of all business analysis process development phases.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in effective backlog management, significant experience with Agile methodologies, and strong communication skills. A strong technical background is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.
  • Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
  • Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.
  • Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.
