  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT;
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in all business analysis process development phases, including elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management;
  • Proven experience in effective backlog management;
  • Significant experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal);
  • Strong technical background;
  • System thinking and problem-solving skills.

Will be a plus

  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards or similar Agile project management tools;
  • Knowledge and practical application of elements within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
  • Experience with ERP modules specific to healthcare inventory and supply chain management.
