Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our partner's finance team in an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions and enhance overall financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales-related budgets, forecasts, and variances to explain discrepancies.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales-related budgets, forecasts, and variances to identify areas for improvement;
  • Prepare comprehensive financial and strategic plans for departments and the wider organization;
  • Evaluate the validity and value of new and existing projects, investments, and expenditures;
  • Recommend improvements in the use of financial resources;
  • Perform ad-hoc business analyses requested by top management;
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute monthly forecast and target planning;
  • Support monthly closing processes;
  • Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for senior management;
  • Compile and deliver financial performance reports for line managers;
  • Prepare and support reports on planned versus actual performance, covering sales, marketing, profitability, and more;
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

The candidate should also be proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have intermediate English language skills.

SAP experience is an advantage, and Korean language knowledge is a plus.
