Job Title: Data & Business Intelligence Developer

Are you a skilled data and business intelligence developer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data & Business Intelligence Developer.

As a Data & Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and developing business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Visualization:
  • Create and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop reports and performance metrics to measure business success.
  • Design user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for data-driven applications.
Data Modeling & SQL:
  • Design scalable data models to support business growth and ensure data integrity.
  • Write advanced SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to maintain data consistency across systems.
Infrastructure & Data Processing:
  • Build and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes to integrate data from various sources.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and perform incident management to ensure high availability and reliability.
Data Governance & Quality:
  • Implement data governance principles to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality.
  • Manage data catalogs to track and maintain data assets.
Business Support:
  • Provide data analysis and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Gather business requirements to develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
Must-have:
  • Proficiency in SQL (or Python, Scala, etc.) and ability to design data models.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (particularly Power BI) and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of ETL/EL processes and at least one cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of data governance principles and experience in monitoring data quality.
  • Fluent communication in English, especially in the context of technical documentation and collaboration with international teams.
Nice-to-have:
  • Ability to create scripts for process automation (Python, Scala).
  • Experience in Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of frameworks for processing large datasets, such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g., Purview, Collibra).
