We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert to join our team at 7N. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for ensuring secure authentication and authorization across our global investment firm's infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering Microsoft 365, Okta Identity Engine, and other cloud services. They will also possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, including identity lifecycle management, access controls, and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IAM Solution Administration: Administer, configure, and optimize IAM solutions to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
  • User Provisioning and Access Control: Manage user provisioning, access control, and security policies across Okta, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
  • Incident Response and Compliance: Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and compliance requirements.
  • Microsoft 365 Services Oversight: Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Terraform and Scripting: Utilize Terraform to manage infrastructure configurations and automate provisioning in cloud environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IAM and Cloud Experience: Strong experience with IAM, Microsoft 365, Okta, SharePoint, and cloud environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Terraform, scripting languages, and monitoring system performance, security, and availability.
  • Certifications and Education: Relevant certifications and education in IAM, cloud computing, and IT operations.
