Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Release Manager to oversee the deployment of new features and updates across our platform.

As a key member of our Global Development organization, you will work closely with development, operations, and product teams to streamline the release process, minimize risks, and ensure efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Implement Release Processes: Develop and refine our release management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Integrate CI/CD Pipelines: Seamlessly integrate release processes into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to minimize manual effort and streamline delivery.
  • Plan and Coordinate Releases: Schedule and coordinate releases across multiple teams, aligning with business priorities and marketing timelines.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor testing outcomes and ensure compliance with defined quality standards and testing protocols.
  • Manage Change Control: Oversee change control processes to ensure proper review, approval, and documentation of modifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in release management or related roles within software development and deployment environments.
  • A strong understanding of release management best practices, change management, and incident management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
  • The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong track record of working effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
  • Residency in Poland is required.
