Attract a Senior Marketing Specialist to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

This role involves building a marketing system from scratch, designing campaigns to generate quality leads, and increasing company visibility through social media, email marketing, and PR efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in marketing, strong writing and structuring skills, and the ability to work with tools like CRM, Google Sheets, and Notion.

They should be proactive, take initiative, and not wait for tasks, with good understanding of marketing analytics and ability to set clear goals and measure results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Build a marketing system from scratch, including setting up marketing funnels, analytics, and team processes;
  • Increase company visibility and trust through emails, social media, blog posts, and PR;
  • Work closely with the sales team: check sales scripts, help improve materials;
  • Manage and guide a small marketing team (copywriter and designer);
  • Run email campaigns: write content, test versions (A/B), check results;
  • Use tools like CRM, Google Sheets, and Notion in your daily work;
  • Understand and apply TOFU / MOFU / BOFU (top, middle, bottom of the funnel);
  • Measure results (MQLs, CAC, LTV, etc.);
  • Review the website, presentations, and content — give improvement ideas;
  • Help grow our presence in social media, blog posts, emails, and online mentions.
