This position offers the opportunity to work on an end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying user needs to implementation and solution scaling.

  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to meet user demands.
  • Translate concepts and industry requirements into coherent product goals and specifications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams combining engineering, data analysis, and information security.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise development work and product priorities.
  • Validate and refine ideas through testing, user research, and iterative feedback collection.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report results to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Must-have skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technology environment.
  • Experience working on cybersecurity-related products or in close collaboration with security teams.
  • Ability to work with engineering teams and understanding of technology stacks: TypeScript, React, AWS, Postgres.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Ability to conduct discovery and prioritize product initiatives.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of the application lifecycle and the threat modeling process.
  • Ability to align technological, regulatory, and product requirements.

Nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

  • Experience scaling AI-based products in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as the Google Agentic Framework.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
