Junior Sales Representative for German-Speaking Clients

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will work with a portfolio of German-speaking clients to launch and refine their digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads. Your role is part of a fast-paced onboarding team with individual sales targets and growth objectives.

You will guide new clients in creating high-performing Google Ads campaigns by understanding their business goals and tailoring digital advertising strategies. Your main tasks include:

  • Guiding clients in creating high-performing Google Ads campaigns
  • Understanding business goals to tailor digital advertising strategies
  • Driving revenue through upselling, optimizing ad spend, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with prospective clients daily via phone and digital tools

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, as well as your problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A C1 or C2 level in German and strong English (C1)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing or PPC)
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish residency
  • A strong interest in sales, digital tools, and online advertising
  • Confident communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
