We are seeking experienced international talent acquisition specialists to join our recruitment teams. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates and requires a high level of achievement.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include collaborating with managers to determine ongoing recruitment needs, advertising job openings on various international platforms, and sourcing potential candidates via online channels.

You will be responsible for screening candidates who meet the required qualifications, organizing and conducting initial interviews, and building lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing, as well as experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).

A strong understanding of social media, resume databases, and professional networks is essential, along with proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish).
