About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Release Manager to join our Execution & Delivery unit at AVENGA.

Job Description:
  • Ensure efficient planning and execution of new releases and rollouts to technology platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to secure safe and successful delivery.
  • Define release strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate release organization and surrounding teams in preparation for go-live, including securing resources and building the go-live implementation plan.
  2. Lead release go live and post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth transition of new solutions to production operations teams.
  3. Plan and coordinate change activities throughout the rollout process.
  4. Oversee business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live.
Requirements:
  • Jira experience.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with DevOps ways of working and release orchestration.
