Senior Windows Administrator

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, structure, and security policies in Active Directory. This includes provision and de-provisioning user accounts, deploying, patching, and updating Windows workstations at scale. The role also involves using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks such as user provisioning, reporting, and bulk changes.

Responsibilities
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, structure, and security policies in Active Directory.
  • Provisioning and De-provisioning: Provision and de-provision user accounts.
  • Windows Workstation Deployment: Deploy, patch, and update Windows workstations at scale.
  • Automation: Use PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks: user provisioning, reporting, bulk changes.
Requirements
  • Windows: Proficiency in Windows operating system.
  • Active Directory: Knowledge of Active Directory and its management.
  • Windows Server: Experience with Windows Server.
  • Powershell: Expertise in PowerShell scripting.
  • Azure AD: Familiarity with Azure Active Directory.
  • Entra ID: Knowledge of Entra ID.
  • Python: Basic knowledge of Python programming language.

This is a fully remote Windows administration role for an experienced professional. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows administration, including user account management, provisioning, and de-provisioning, as well as experience with PowerShell scripting.
