Job Description:

This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Sales and Recruitment
  • Dive into your own sourcing channels of your choice, job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates
  • Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles
  • Work directly with hiring managers to drive successful recruitment placements
  • Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as and when needed
  • Keep candidate profiles in an applicant tracking system (ATS) well-described and updated for future reference
Requirements:

Proficient in English/Italian (spoken and written) is essential. We require full availability between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri (GMT+1).

  • Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting Italian speaking talent within Volume SaaS/BPO/Languages is required.
  • You must have your own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and approximately 10,000 connections.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are necessary.
  • Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently is crucial.
  • Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities are also essential.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is expected.
