Product Manager with Performance Marketing Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our innovative AI/ML product. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive product strategy, foster business development, and oversee product innovation. This role involves creating products that are effectively marketed and sold.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overseeing product development from conception to execution.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
  • Use data and user feedback to guide product innovation and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective strategies for market entry, growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring the product evolves in line with market trends and customer demands.
  • Understand how to effectively sell products, including customer acquisition strategies and working alongside the marketing team to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space.
  • Able to analyze data, think critically, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and user satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, including building and managing funnels, as well as understanding of customer acquisition processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.
  • A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Deep experience with product development in SMB segments, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Relentless drive to succeed and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required.
  • Experience in B2C or SMB segments is highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the business.

Bonus Points:

  • Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is not required but it is nice if you have it.
