About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in Performance Marketing to drive the development and execution of our innovative AI/ML product. As a product leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology and ensuring it provides the best value to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and overseeing product development from conception to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
  • Use data and user feedback to guide product innovation and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of effective strategies for market entry, growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring the product evolves in line with market trends and customer demands.
  • Understand how to effectively sell products, including customer acquisition strategies and working alongside the marketing team to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Successful experience in product development and scaling, preferably in the AI/ML or e-commerce space.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and user satisfaction.
  • Performance Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of performance marketing, including how to build and manage funnels, as well as understanding of customer acquisition processes.
  • Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and motivating teams towards shared goals.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Product Mastery: Deep experience with product development in SMB segments, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A relentless drive to succeed and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required.
  • Preferred Segment Experience: Experience in B2C or SMB segments is highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the business.
