N-iX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in creating innovative solutions for our clients.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer who can drive the development of our front-end and back-end applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, React, and related technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and React;
- Collaborating with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop comprehensive technical solutions;
- Ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, leveraging APIs and microservices architecture;
- Writing high-quality, testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices;
- Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and learning from others;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, and applying this knowledge to improve our software development process;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (>= 5.x) and React;
- Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL;
- Proficiency in Git, including source control management and collaboration;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues;
- Upper-intermediate English language proficiency;

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
