Job Description

As a seasoned support professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital learning environments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line IT support through case, incident, and problem management systems.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary to ensure efficient resolution. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders will enable you to document solutions, procedures, and user guides for internal and external teams.

A key aspect of this role involves administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar educational platforms, managing users, resources, and training content. You will create, update, and publish online learning content, as well as support learners and trainers in the use of e-learning systems.

Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and training teams to optimize the use of e-learning platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of training management tools and monitoring user results.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and case/incident management
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a call centre, service desk, or IT support environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with web content management in educational or resource management platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator or content creator in an LMS or similar system
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to document solutions clearly
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
