Security & Compliance Expert
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee security and compliance initiatives within our organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of information security, audit management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing and maintaining effective security controls, conducting risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing external certifications, client audits, and internal audits locally and globally. They will also conduct information security awareness programs, access reviews, and exception review management for financial services accounts.

About This Role
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to information security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on information security best practices and awareness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, audit management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
