YOUR PROFILE Good experience as a Security & Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably connected with banking/financial industry. ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification or similar. Strong English level - spoken and written, knowledge of phrases related to Information/Cyber ​​security topics. Experience in working as an internal Lead Auditor. Experience in external audit and cooperation with accreditation units (e.g. BSI). Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and requirements. Nice to have: Knowledge of additional regulations related to Information Security and/or banking sector (e.g. DORA). Good knowledge about agile project management frameworks – Scrum and/or Kanban. YOUR ROLE Cyber Security Operations Team Member is part of Global Cyber security function for Financial Services unit within Capgemini. Operations team is responsible for ongoing compliance and operational areas to support business. Being a part of Global Team, you would be responsible for supporting certification and client audits, conducting internal audits, playing a key role in incident management, risk management, user awareness and exception handling. You would also be contributing to sales process and client questionaries for security and governance needs.
