About the JobYou will work in our DAW SAP Excellence Team located near Frankfurt/Germany and in Warsaw/Poland. As a Test Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for internal projects.
Your Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage test activities across various departments and teams.
- Maintain and improve testing tools, frameworks, and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team and business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of testing activities.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and SAP is a plus.
