Requirements
  • Around 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on financial planning
  • Several years as a power user of planning tools (e.g., IBM Cognos TM1, Anaplan, SAC)
  • Experience in data integration and reporting across diverse sources
  • Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Strong analytical thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and solution orientation
  • Excellent communication skills – both technical and business-facing

Responsibilities

Strategy & systems development:


  • Define and implement a long-term vision for financial planning tools


  • Lead automation and optimization initiatives


  • Mentor and support team members across the global FP&A function

Financial systems management:


  • Own the financial planning tool (configuration, development, integrations)


  • Ensure data accuracy and standardized reporting


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

User support:


  • Act as the go-to expert for financial system users


  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues


  • Train users and promote best practices across the organization

Financial planning processes:


  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes end-to-end


  • Validate inputs and resolve discrepancies


  • Provide insights, track performance, and support reporting
