Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Your expertise in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales, and business development will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on cloud adoption and optimization.
  2. Develop and execute customized plans to meet each customer's unique needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points.
  4. Provide ongoing support and training to ensure customers get the most out of our solutions.
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and experience working with partners.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Certifications:

  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or DevOps certifications.
