We're looking for a talented Junior Marketing Content & Growth Hacker to join our team. As a creative engine behind our lead-generation strategy, you'll be responsible for experimenting with innovative content formats, directly shaping our brand's growth, and connecting the dots between data, strategy, and new media.

You'll have the freedom to try new approaches, learn from failures, and grow with us. Your role will involve developing educational and engaging content that demystifies complex mortgage and real estate topics, making them relatable and easy to understand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Braintstorming, executing, and fine-tuning innovative marketing strategies
  • Experimenting with content formats that engage, such as videos, podcasts, and interactive infographics
  • Developing educational and engaging content that makes complex topics accessible
  • Building and managing landing pages designed to convert visitors into valued clients
  • Managing our social media presence with fresh, engaging content
  • Using data to fine-tune and improve our work

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing fundamentals, SEO, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a fearless attitude are essential for success in this role.
