">As a Technical Team Manager, you will lead scrum teams responsible for development and maintenance of Computer Aided Dispatch software. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
">You will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills to guide your team towards achieving their goals. You will also be responsible for defining engineering requirements, architecture, establishing processes, and engaging in planning of engineering deliverables for the team.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)
- Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems
- Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Practical experience in programming large systems
