We are seeking an experienced HR & Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Experience in HR/Labour Administration, with a focus on labour legislation and compliance;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools;
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly;
- Fluency in English and Polish languages;

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing documentation flow, scanning, signing, and storing;
- Coordinating daily office management activities, including supply ordering and workplace organization;
- Liaising with local suppliers and vendors;
- Supporting business events and organizing corporate merchandise deliveries;
- Providing personnel administration for direct employees in Poland, including registration, leaves, and other personnel documents;
- Ensuring company compliance with local labour legislation and monitoring legislative changes;
- Consulting employees on employment-related matters and coordinating HR Administration services.
