
Sales Planning Strategist

As a Sales Planning Strategist, you will drive consumer health transformation through innovative digital solutions. You will pioneer scalable solutions empowering healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retailers to achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Owning strategic products across key markets including the US and UK, you will work closely with customer and category teams to craft compelling product visions aligned with business goals in sales planning & execution, trade management, and retail execution.
- You will identify areas to drive value through AI and data-driven insights for personalized user experiences, prioritizing product backlogs and leading Agile squads to meet 90-day outcome goals.
- Applying Design Thinking, you will validate solutions through usability, feasibility, and value testing, driving continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and fostering innovation.
- You will partner with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps and accelerate delivery, communicating product vision and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentoring and inspiring team members, you will promote best practices in product management and user experience, working with engineers to simplify architecture, focusing on composability, reusability, and scalability.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of sales planning and execution strategies. You should have experience with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven decision making. Additionally, you should be proficient in technology stacks relevant to the industry, such as cloud-based platforms and data analytics tools.
