Senior Customer Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital strategy practice, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

As a Senior Customer Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering projects to our clients, working closely with more experienced managers, and supervising junior colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings to client stakeholders, lead workshops, and identify follow-on sales opportunities.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in strategy consulting, business management, or IT/technology environments. They possess strong project management skills, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and reach your full potential under frequent coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
