About the Job

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to become part of our expanding team in Sofia. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone.

Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, good typing and computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems), high attention to detail and accuracy, and fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal) and advanced English skills (written & verbal).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Communicate via email, chat, and phone
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
  • Research and provide accurate solutions to customer questions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service
What You Need to Have
  • Fluency in Czech (near native level – written & verbal)
  • Advanced English skills (written & verbal)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
