Job Overview:

The Senior Software Engineer will be a key member of the Offer Orchestration Team within the Air Offers organization. The team is responsible for managing multiple products that form the Shopping Platform, processing billions of shopping and booking transactions daily.

The Travel Distribution industry relies heavily on Airline Shopping and GDS Shopping, which are critical products for acquiring airline customers and offering airline content through various channels.

NDC is a key component of the strategic vision to create a personalized travel marketplace. As an aggregator and airline IT provider, our capabilities ensure a consistent distribution experience across channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designs, plans, develops, and improves applications using routine and advanced technology
  • Develops, codes, tests, and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing products
  • Works on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of application and system analysis
  • Represents the team on cross-functional meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Web Services
  • Expertise in tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, specifically GCP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Must possess a valid work permit in the country of employment
