About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Consultant to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, energetic, and possess an understanding of consulting, design, new technologies, and digital business areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring New Clients: Establish connections and build trust and credibility with potential clients in Poland and internationally.
  • Coordinating Sales Process: Strategize sales approaches, lead negotiations, and execute projects with our experts.
  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Ensure high-quality service delivery and provide valuable solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure competitiveness and innovative solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in selling advisory services related to business design.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with marketing teams and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the business design and digital solutions industry.
  • Understanding clients' needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
