We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at emagine Sp. Z o.o.. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions that enhance customer service processes across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess expertise in building integrations with external systems. Proficiency in creating Lightning Web Components (LWC) is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have at least basic knowledge of Service Cloud and Community Cloud, with a bonus for those with background in other technologies such as Java or .Net.

About the Project

Our project focuses on developing features that automate tasks, improve user experience, and integrate seamlessly with Java-based microservices and other internal components. The Salesforce platform serves as part of a broader architecture, allowing for synchronous and asynchronous integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing custom LWC to enhance customer interactions
  • Implementing synchronous and asynchronous integrations with external systems
  • Managing and creating Apex Jobs to streamline business processes
  • Utilizing standard tools of Salesforce Service Cloud and the Salesforce platform
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in building integrations with external systems
  • Proficiency in creating Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • At least basic knowledge of Service Cloud and Community Cloud
  • Bonus: Background in other technologies such as Java or .Net
