IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup s.r.o. as an Onsite IT Support. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our automotive clients, ensuring minimal downtime and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide technical support for end-users, primarily focused on Office 365 and hardware peripherals.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to user requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Travel to client locations within Prague for on-site technical support.

• Fluent Czech and English language skills for effective communication with users.
• Quick problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and prioritize tasks.
• Basic IT skills, including knowledge of networks, operating systems, and hardware.
• Empathy and understanding of user needs behind every request.
• Passion for IT and a love for technology.
• Driver's license for occasional on-site requests in Prague.
