Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support for automotive clients, focusing on end-user support for Office 365 and hardware peripherals.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to user requests, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Travel to client locations within Prague for on-site technical support.
Requirements
  • Fluent Czech and English communication skills.
  • Quick problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge, including networks, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Empathy and understanding of user needs.
  • Passion for IT and technology.
  • Driver's license for occasional on-site requests in Prague.
