Our Search for a Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Make. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for building and developing our teams by connecting us with top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • We will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering.
  • Your primary focus will be on recruiting for our Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, Data, and Customer Care teams in our Prague and Madrid hubs, as well as other key locations.
  • We are looking for a team player who can deliver a top-notch candidate experience, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
  • You will track recruiting metrics and provide insights to help optimize and refine our hiring process.

Requirements:

  • You must have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a natural talent for finding top talent.
  • A strong communicator, collaborator, and connector with exceptional people skills is essential.
  • Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities, you will work efficiently and flexibly.
  • You will bring a creative and data-driven approach to your work, using metrics to inform your decisions.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience is crucial, as you understand the impact it has on our brand.
