Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderator - Content Review Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with us as a Content Moderator, reviewing and evaluating various types of content including videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles. Your primary task will be to assess and categorize content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency, ensuring alignment with our clients' policies and guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate content to ensure it meets our clients' standards

  • Categorize content accordingly and ensure alignment with our clients' policies and guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both Czech and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • A valid EU member state passport or residence card for Greece

  • Up to €350 gross to cover the real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation
