Multilingual Content Reviewer

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Content Reviewer to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and ensuring a positive user experience.

Job Summary

This is an onsite position that requires a strong command of both Czech and English languages, as well as previous experience in operations, shared services, or customer experience environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate various types of content including videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
• Assess and categorize content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency, ensuring alignment with clients' policies and guidelines.
• Participate in comprehensive training on clients' policy enforcement protocols to support your work.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or customer experience environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Czech and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece.
