Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a Transformation Consultant - Finance Process Expert to participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development of agreed project deliverables for internal as well as external Clients.

• Participate in the projects that may be related but not limited to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment.
• Guide more junior staff in successful development and submission of the project deliverables.
• Participate in (and/or lead a stream of) the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology transformation.

• Design process.
• Process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application.
• Familiarity with eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle).
• Good understanding of non-ERP processes.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc).
