Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Payroll Administration Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve independent preparation and support of a team in selected payrolls for employees and contractors, making deductions based on enforcement titles, employee remuneration analysis, answering employees' questions regarding remuneration, issuing employment and salary certificates, payroll data reporting, and daily cooperation within the team and the entire HR department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage payroll information for employees and contractors
  • Make deductions based on enforcement titles and perform employee remuneration analysis
  • Provide support and answer questions from employees regarding their remuneration
  • Issue employment and salary certificates as required
  • Report payroll data accurately and timely

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, experience in the payroll department, knowledge of Polish Labor Law and Payroll issues, ability to cope with access to sensitive information, proactive approach to assigned tasks, and willingness to learn new issues. Additionally, you should possess good communication skills, be precise, consistent, and patient, well-organized, and focused on details.

Practical knowledge of MS Excel is also beneficial. You should have good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and native Polish language skills. An educational background in Accounting/ Finance/Economics will be an asset.
