We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Marshmallow. As a key touchpoint for customers at policy renewal, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speak with customers on live chat to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Actively support customers to renew their policy or stay with us on the same or a different plan.
  • Support customers who have requested to cancel, understanding why and providing solutions that benefit both the customer and Marshmallow.
  • Demonstrate the values of Marshmallow and build rapport with customers using exceptional customer service skills.
  • Understand what the next best action for the customer is, whether it's a new feature, product, or change in policy requirements.

You'll be an integral part of our growing team, working closely with colleagues to drive customer retention and growth. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences, you'll help ensure our customers love us and stay with us as long as possible.
