- T ake over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning.
- Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring, identify, and drive organizational change initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical expertise, excellent leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to mentor and coach team members. Experience working with software development teams is essential, and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies would be an advantage.
