About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java engineer to lead our engineering team. As a Senior Java Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our product, which enables digital transformation in well-known companies and promising startups.
Your expertise will be put to the test as you work with a broad variety of modern technologies that operate at a massive scale. You'll develop applications that work seamlessly in multi-cloud and on-premises environments, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in software development.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers. You'll help them grow and develop their skills, empowering them to take on more responsibilities and contribute to our company's success.

As a Team Captain, you'll be an integral part of our team's leadership, working closely with other senior engineers to drive project goals and objectives forward. You'll be responsible for conducting 1:1 meetings with team members, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and development.
What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong experience with Java programming languages and cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and architectural design
- Familiarity with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
