As a key member of the CSL Vifor team in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by managing access to our innovative products. With a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, you will develop and execute strategies to overcome reimbursement barriers and maximize patient access.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a business or life science-related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry in Market Access. A high level of proficiency in English is mandatory, with a strong preference for Czech or Slovak language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the interface between the company and Payer stakeholders to establish a favorable business environment, drive the company's Access footprint, and maximize patient access in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.
  • Develop and articulate Payer positions and programs.
  • Align innovative and value-added CSL Vifor solutions across key therapy areas with the needs of fast-changing health systems and with a sound business approach.

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus a comprehensive benefits program that rewards your hard work and dedication.
