About the Role

CSL Behring is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Access Solutions Strategist. This role will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics, with 5+ years of experience in the industry. A Master's degree in a business or life science-related discipline is required, with additional education in Political Science, Health Economics, Public Policy/Administration being preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure the successful introduction and positioning of CSL Vifor products in the designated countries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Payer organizations, health authorities, and professional associations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Develop and implement reimbursement plans in the private and public sectors of the designated countries.
