International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our recruitment teams and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates.

About this Role
  • This is a remote work opportunity requiring collaboration with managers to determine ongoing recruitment needs, advertising job openings on various international platforms, and sourcing potential candidates via online channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing, as well as familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with management to identify recruitment requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  2. Advertise job openings across multiple international platforms to attract top talent.
  3. Sources candidates through online channels, including social media and professional networks.
  4. Evaluates candidate qualifications and conducts initial interviews.
  5. Builds relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
  6. Tracks candidates throughout the hiring process until placement.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
  • Experience working with BPO roles, such as customer service, marketing, and sales representatives.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish).
  • Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
