ServiceNow Administrator Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position as a ServiceNow administrator. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our ServiceNow instance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer the ServiceNow instance, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and business processes using ServiceNow.
  • Provide first-level support for all ServiceNow-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior administrators as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors, defects, and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills and experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
