Indirect Spend Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Spend Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing all indirect spend, including operational and capital expenditures, to drive cost savings and process improvements.

• Manage all indirect spend, including operational and capital expenditures, to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Represent the BC sourcing department in the indirect spend area, advocating procurement and sourcing best practices.
• Develop and implement purchasing processes as a constant reference for stakeholders and internal customers.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies throughout the procurement cycle.
• Analyze the market to identify opportunities to improve the supplier base and develop strategies to give our company a competitive advantage.

• MS Office and SAP skills are essential.
